How can I transfer my blog under a secondary Domain to the newly created Domain

My newly created domain is themancunians.com, which is my primary domain. I want to transfer my existing blog from the secondary domain to the newly created primary domain. There is a discarded blog (Voice of the People of Manchester) which appears in my new domain which I did not want it but somehow it is appearing. I want my active blog (Voice of the Manchester People) to appear in my primary blog themancunians.com
I also want my discarded blog (the Voice of the People of Manchester) to be deleted.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could you please explain what you’d like to have happen using the domain names and the blog URLs (ie: [blogname].wordpress.com). I’ll be happy to do what I can, but I would like to be absolutely sure I understand your intentions before I start.
Maybe something along the lines of:
1. Move domain1.com to mycoolblog.wordpress.com
2. Move domain2.com to myevencoolerblog.wordpress.com
3. Delete blog ihatethisblog.wordpress.comThanks so much in advance!

(2) My secondary domain is theconcernedmancunians.com
(3) My active blog is Voice of the Manchester People which is attached to (2)
(4) I want to transfer my blog (3) under (1)
(5) I also have an inactive blog “Voice of the People of Manchester” which appears with the (1) above to my chagrin.
(6) I want to delete (5) completely from my system. -
My new Domain themancunians.com should be open to the public to view – why does it not appear in the Google search?

OK, I have moved the domain themancunians.com over to theconcernedmancuniansdotcom.wordpress.com and also set it to be the primary domain. If you would like to check to make sure that it is working as you wanted it.
I left your secondary domain, theconcernedmancunians.com, in place, so it will also pull up the same site. Let me know if you wanted something else done with it.
As far as deleting your other site, that is something which you can do yourself by following the steps below. Keep in mind that they are permanent and your site name will not be able to be retrieved later. So if you think you might want it back some day I would recommend holding on to it!
Finally, in regard to your question about google, domain name changes and additions have to be re-indexed by google search bots. These changes can take up to a few weeks to occur. Since you only bought your new domain two days ago, you will need to wait a while until Google has had a chance to catch up with the change.

Yes, it is working thank you. I notice the blog Voice of the Manchester People appears in both domains. I imagine whatever is written on the blog of the secondary domain would automatically appear on the primary domain.
However, thank you solving the vexed situation.I was trying to download a picture with my article in one of the published post, but could not see any provision. In my other domain amalbasu.com I could download pictures from my computer quite easily. Why is that?

The Voice of the Manchester People blog has both domains tied to it. The same blog will appear when either domain is used. The blog itself is not duplicated, but both domains point to it.
In regards to your other question, I don’t understand your question I’m afraid. Are you saying you’re trying to upload a picture and it’s not appearing in the post? If so, which post? And which method are you using to upload photos? Are you going to WordPress.com and then clicking the Add Post button? Or are you going to your Dashboard and then editing your posts there?

I was trying to download picture to go with my article – yes I was trying through Post, no, not through WordPress.By the way why the word “Edit” does not appear on each page of my Blog? It used to for me to edit/amend /add any materials.

I also see the word “Edit” is appearing in all pages of my Blog.All in all I am happy and have no further questions at the moment.
