How can I transfer my blog when I've deleted the associated email address?

  Hi,
  I’m having trouble transferring my Blog/s to my other email address. The problem is that I deleted the email address associated with my blog so it is impossible for me to pick up the confirmation email that gets sent after completing the ‘Transfer my Blog’ link from the My Blogs section of the dashboard.
  Can you help? And that aside I feel I need to fix this dead email issue anyway. It was a silly mistake to delete it but I wasn’t considering the link it had to my blog a the time. Duh.

  Also, I’ve already attempted to recover the deleted email account however I was told too much time has passed and that the email address is not recoverable. And as it’s gmail I can’t re-use the old email address.
  Anyone?
