How can I transfer my domain registrar on this new version of WP?

  new wordpress won’t let me follow the instructions to transfer my domain’s registrar. This confuses me normally, but now it’s even worse. I’m trying to follow these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/ . I get as far as:
  “Go to Store → Domains in your dashboard.”

  The next part is the following:
  “Under Domain Administration, choose Transfer ownership to another registrar from the drop down menu. Read the instructions, and click on Next Step when you’re ready.”

  There is no drop down menu any more.
  How can I transfer my domain registrar on this new version of WP?

  Hi,

  With upgrades, while they are associated with a blog, they are “owned” by the user account that purchased it. In your case, only the user account that originally purchased the domain can make changes to it, including the process to transfer it to a different registrar.

  In short, the instructions are correct, though the user who purchased the domain would need to complete them.
