How can I transfer my domain registration from other host to wordpress.com?

  Hi Hannah! thanks for the tip but I am interested in registering my domain to wordpress.com and completely cut my registration from my domain to my old hosting service. I have been having several difficulties in my current service and transferring my registration to wordpress.com would be a good idea… Do wordpress.com have this kind of service?

  Transferring a Domain to WordPress.com

  We do not currently accept incoming domain transfers. If you already have a domain and you want to use it with your WordPress.com site, follow the instructions for mapping an existing domain to your WordPress.com site.

  If mapping the domain isn’t the way you want to go, and you want to opt out of your service with your other hosting provider completely, I believe you will need to purchase the $8 private domain name wordpress offers, which may be a better option than the $13 domain mapping upgrade to begin with.
