How can I transfer my domain to another host? Unlock Transfer Lock On

  I’ve been having trouble with getting my original website to be up and working after transferring to WordPress.com, so I’m thinking about transferring my domain back to IPOWER. However, I can’t turn off the transfer lock on. It says “You can unlock this domain after January 10, 2025.” Why is this here and how can I make the domain transfer happen?

  My domain is also stuck on WP. I also want to move it.
