How can I transfer my existing information from one email to another?

  I have a site under (email visible only to moderators and staff) and would like to transfer everything to my address at (email visible only to moderators and staff). I created an account with that address but wasn’t sure how to transfer over. I guess I should have just changed my email address, but I didn’t realize that until I went back to change it and it stated it was already in use.
