How can I transfer my followers from one wordpress site to another wordpress one

  Hi everyone! I’d like to know if there is a way I can transfer my followers from one wordpress site to another wordpress site. I just created another blog and I wanted to transfer my subscribers. Thank you so much for all the help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are they both wordpress.com sites? If so, I think you can contact support for that.

  If it is a wordpress.com to a self-hosted WordPress site, you can use Jetpack: http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  Hi! thanks for the quick reply! Yes they are both wordpress sites. Do you know how can I contact them? I have tried but it keeps referring me to the forums :(! I get this:
