How can I transfer my followers from wordpress.com to www.miraclemadness.com?

  I have jetpack installed on my new self-hosted blog (www.miraclemadness.com). How can I transfer my WordPress.com followers from http://www.miraclemadness.worpress.com to my new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, they will show up on your blog’s home page if you set it up to display the number of followers.
