How can I transfer my jetpack followers from my blog to my new blog Self-hosted?

I need to transfer my jetpack followers to my new self-hosted wordpress blog. I can’t figure out how to do it. Could you help me?

Hi,
There is not a way to transfer followers; one of those features that would be ripe for abuse.
My suggestion is to, once the new blog is setup, make a final post inviting your followers to visit your new blog and reaffirm their desire to follow you.

Actually, I might be wrong on this. Be sure to install Jetpack and have it activated.I’ve flagged the staff for their assistance; please subscribe to the post so you’re sure to get their response.

@ryanmoreno, Staff can transfer your followers as long as you have jetpack installed and it is connected to the account here that has the old blog on it. I’ll tag this thread for staff attention and hopefully they will be around shortly to take care of that for you.
