How can I transfer my premium theme to a self hosted WP site.

  I am trying to transfer my premium lifestyle theme to a self hosted WP server. But the link to transfer the theme does not appear when I click the cog on the theme, just a link to the description.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Lifestyle theme is made by StudioPress so you can contact them at http://www.studiopress.com/contact regarding your theme.

  According to their help page at: http://www.studiopress.com/faqs#wordpress

  If you decide to host your site yourself, and have purchased one of our themes through WordPress.com, we’ll gladly give you the theme that you purchased — along with the Genesis Framework — once you switch over.
