How can i transfer my purchases to new account?

I had domains purchased on my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account. Since my associated email account was canceled, I cannot access the domains I purchased. Can you transfer the information there to the account I entered with (email visible only to moderators and staff)?
Note: I have no email access because I canceled my previous Gmail account. -
