How can I transfer my subscribers from the old site?

I’ve connected my new self-hosted site to WordPress.com, but the Subscription widget hasn’t updated with the correct numbers.
My new blog is at http://film-english.com
As I’m subscribed, I can also see that the latest post has not been sent to my followers.
I’d also like to transfer the wordpress.com followers.
Please help!
