how can i transfer my wix domain to wordpress

    I currently have a blog page with wix. com but I would like to transfer it to start using wordpress. I contacted wix and they emailed me a transfer code to complete the switch, however im unsure where to post this code- how am I able to transfer my wix page onto wordpress?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to transfer domains to WordPress.com, so you cannot use that code here. If you want to use your domain with us you’ll need the domain mapping upgrade instead:

    Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)

    You can leave your domain at Wix, or transfer it to another registrar, and then point it to us from there as explained at that link.
