How can I transfer my WordPress.com followers to my new wordpress.org site?

  I started blogging at allthingsbeverage.wordpress.com and over the months collected 18 followers. Is there a way to transfer their following to my new, self-hosted, wordpress.org powered site? The new URL is allthingsbeverage.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’re all set. Your followers have been migrated over and I merged your stats, so the stats you see on your Jetpack site contains historical data for you.
