How can I transfer the ownership of a domain registered and hosted by wordpress?

  I am buying a domain from another wordpress user and need detailed steps on how to transfer the ownership of the domain.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,
  Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. You must contact that person. They will have to add the other username account(s) ie. yours as Admin to the blog you want to be transferred to you, and then they must use the process to transfer the blog to your username account.

  Note: Staff cannot assist you with the transfer of the upgrade if you are not the blog’s owner yet. The blog’s owner has to request that Staff make the transfer of upgrades to your username account after you are an Admin of the blog.
