How can I unlink an account?

    I have two blogs linked to one account. One of them is the blog I want to use, but it has a userid with a different password than mine. The one that I can access through m,y account is the one I want to get rid of. The blog at http://www.newviewnj.wordpress.com is the one I want to get rid of, and it is the one I CAN access. The one at http://www.newviewnj.com/blog is the one LINKED to my newviewnj wordpress account but when i click on it, it brings me to the wordpress login screen, and when I input newviewnj as the userid, the password doesn’t work. Does that mean that the person who worked here before me linked this other blog to my account with a different userid/account? If so how can I resolve that?
