How can I unlock the domain management section?
-
I tried to log in too many times while I was trying to change my nameservers and I now cannot get into the domain management pages. I need to do this ASAP, please unlock these or let me know who I need to contact to have this taken care of.

You can access your domain manager following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/

That is not the answer to my question. The problem is not that I cannot reach that part of the site, but that I am being blocked. I need the ability to log in turned back on.

Do you see the drop-down menu at the bottom of Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard?
Can you then choose “Transfer ownership to another registrar” and follow the on-screen instructions?

I’m not able to do step 6:
Login with your Customer Number and password. If it’s your first time logging in, you will be prompted to create a PIN number.I have logged in before, but when I try to log in now I get a red message that says “this account is locked. please contact customer service” I have been contacting customer service since last night. I talked to 2 people on the phone and the second told me to request my domain to be unlocked using this part of the site.

Huh, that’s odd. We don’t have such an error on our end. Maybe it’s coming from our registrar partner.
Would you please take a screenshot of the error and upload it via Media -> Add New in your Dashboard so I can see what you’re seeing?
