i made the other domain Primary, but in the domain page still appears the domain sostenibles.tv as a mapped domain

You can change its name servers and use it with another web hosting.

i think that works if the domain is registered in wordpress.com
my domain is registered with Arsys and i want to unmap the domain from wordpress and point it to another hosting where i am building a new website for the domain. -
You have to change the name servers from the WordPress.com ones to your new hosting provider ones.
Ask support from Arsys on how to do so. -
i have changed the DNS records in my domain configuration in Arsys to the IP addresses of the hosting provider but it doesn’t work. i thought it would be because the domain is mapped to wordpress and that i would have to somehow remove the mapping.
i will try changing the Arsys configuration directly. -
