how can i update my theme to the latest version?

  Hi,

  I would like to make sure that my WordPRess website theme (Suits) is the latest version, as Google has recommended that people check to ensure all the security features are updated. I have my own domain pointed to my WordPress site, so I am not sure if the theme is updated automatically, or I have to update it myself. Thank you for your help
