How can I update the Name Server?

    I’m trying to update my name server for georgiashea.com. I went into domains to look for the mapped domain but it isn’t shown as mapped; however, when I go to map it, it says it’s already mapped. I’m caught it a catch 22 and can’t get to the information I need, can you help me?

    I see the domain as registered with WildWestDomains which is WordPressdotcom’s domain registrar, and it is currently mapped to georgiashea87.wordpress.com

    You should see it in your domains dashboard as long as you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade.

    Hi there,

    The domain, georgiashea.com, was bought by the username, georgiashea87, so a different account than the one you’re using to post here. Only the account that owns a domain can update the name servers, so you’ll need to log in as that account to make this change.
