How can I upload a custom theme for my free WordPress blog without FTP?

    How can I upload a custom theme I just purchased for my free WordPress blog without using FTP? I downloaded a zip folder with HTML files. The WP blog I have did not give me FTP access and so I’m looking to upload this within WP admin panel, but not sure where to look. I’m new and need step-by-step directions.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    No instructions required – you can’t upload an outside theme to a WordPress.COM blog –

    PS – all themes are programmed in php
