I want to upload a custom theme to wordpress, I already bought a bluehost hosting. But I need a lot of help. I don’t know if it’s the proper hosting for this.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could you please tell me if you’re hoping to host your site here at WordPress.com? Or, are you creating a self-hosted site on your Bluehost server?
The reason I ask is that themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
