How can i upload a picture on my blog

  Please i really need to set a photo to my blog like every does, when they comment on a forum thread their picture appeal and i really envy it, i also want to set mine but don’t know to go about it, please help me out. Thanks to your reply in advance. I’ll be online waiting for your help.
