How can I upload a restricted file?

  I’d like to have a restricted page on my blog that only my clients can log in to and only they can download the files I upload there.
  I’m a wordpress.com user, and I wonder if it’s possible to do through .com platform.
  I’m digging the net looking for an answer for weeks now and nothing seems to work…
