How can I upload a theme I downloaded from Blog Milk?

  I just downloaded a theme from Blog Milk and it says it is available for wordpress.org but I can’t uploaded on wordpress.
  The problem is I don’t have the ADD NEW botton on wordpress.
  Is there a way I can upload the theme?

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate and different. You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org installs on paid hosting.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   I hop you understand what I posted because the only theme we can use on wordpress.com hosted blogs are these themes https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Only wordpress.org software installs provide the “Add New” theme button you refer to.
