How can I upload a theme I purchased?

  I want to upload a theme I purchased but I am not given the “add themes” button or option when I go to my appearance tab on the wordpress edit

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are referring to your WordPress.COM site, you cannot use third party themes. The only themes you can activate are found in the directory…

  If you purchased a different theme from those listed, try to get a refund, because you can’t use it on a WordPress.COM site.
