How can I upload a web page created in Microsoft Publisher?

  How do I upload in a Page a Web Publication I created using Microsoft Publisher?
  I would like for it to be a static, advertisement-like page to promote a service.

  You can’t. You’ll need to recreate your content in WordPress.com. Content created in Publisher is not in an HTML format, so it won’t work if you simply copy and paste it to WordPress.com.
