How can I upload my template?

  I downloaded a new template from Envato.com so I can integrate it into WordPress and publish. But how can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you download a template, you can only use it on a self-hosted WordPress(.org) site, but not on a WordPress.COM site.
