How can I upload posts from an old blog?

  I currently have a blog on WordPress called Rank and Vile (http://rankandvile.dailyflute.com/) I was informed that the server which is hosting that blog will shut down.

  So I created a new blog on the WordPress free service. I was wondering how I can tranfer all my old blogs to the new one.

  If you can get a database backup, send it to me (zipped) and I’ll get that sorted for you.
