How can I upload videos larger than 1GB?

  I just bought the Space Upgrade thinking I could upload videos larger than 1GB, but cannot seem to get past the “file is too large” pop-up thingy. Please please please help me upload videos larger than 1GB.

  Hi Kenji,

  I’m very sorry, but I’m afraid we have a 1GB upload limit on WordPress.com (though we’ve had some success with files up to 1.4GB). Are you able to reduce the size of your videos, i.e. converting them to a different file type, before uploading?
