How can I use a .com theme?

  May I use a free theme from WordPress.com for my WordPress.org site?

  Some of the themes are available for self-hosted sites. Some are not. Which theme are you looking to use?

  It’s called Penscratch. Also the site I need help with is judithchopra.ca. I got all mixed up between wp.com and wp.org.

  It does not look like Penscratch is available for self-hosted WordPress sites.
