How can I use a domain from Go Daddy, and word press all together?

  I just purchased a domain name on Go Daddy. I’m VERY new to the world of blogging and I want to do it right. The domain that I’ve purchased is “thisarmywife.com” and I’d like to be able to not have a “.wordpress.com” site. What do I need to do in order to use Word Press to host my blog?
