how can i use cs?

i have just purchased the Custom CSS upgrade. i download a theme like -state of mind – i try to put it on css editor butlooks exactly the same as before. What should i do?

You cannot add themes you find on the web. CSS is theme specific, and each theme author names things differently. It will not work. You are limited to editing the CSS on the themes that are listed under appearance > themes, which allows you to stylize the themes here, but does not allow you to change the functionality.
