How can I use the live chat support tool in wordpress.com?

    I have seen the page where it informs me its in the Dashboard page at the bottom of the page although I can’t seem to find it.
    Can anyone direct me to it? Thanks

    The live chat tool is provided only for those with the Business upgrade or Enterprise. http://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/

    If you are not an Enterprise VIP hosted blogger or Business bundle upgrade blogger note what follows. This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.
