How can I use the premoderation?

  I am an administrator and I want to control the posts of other authors before they are published. How can I manage that?

  Please provide a link to your blog.
  Assuming you have a wordpress.com blog, are you the only administator? or are there others?

  yes, I have a wordpress blog. others have the status of contributors/authors. No, there is also one more administrator, but it doesn’t matter in this case.

  So how can I solve that? :(
