  Hi,
  you can’t use any external plugin on WordPress.com.
  If you need an e-commerce solution, you will need to host your own installation of WordPress.org, where you can install WooCommerce and other plugins.

  Just to expand on that a little, while the integration of WooCommerce to WordPressdotcom is being worked on, Staff have advised there’s no timeline as to when it will be available.

  In the meantime, you can provide your visitors a link to your shop located elsewhere online.
