How can I use wordpress for my recently purchased .guru domain?

  I use wordpress already and really like the easy layout. I am making a 2nd website and already bought the domain intheloop.guru

  I am seeing that .guru is not an option to build a site on wordpress? Is this true?

  I googled and found this forum page https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/guru?replies=4
  which leads me to believe in need a “zone record” added for intheloop.guru

  I am not too sure how this works. Please let me know :)

  I just purchased the $13 mapping. Now it says this new domain intheloop.guru is set for my already existing jacobschaffer.com

  this is not good.

  I want to make 2 separate websites. please help. what do I do?

  so now I created youreintheloop.wordpress.com

  I figure now we can map my already purchased intheloop.guru mapping to that blog?

  please let me know. I did not want to purchase that for jacobschaffer.com, it seems that that blog was attached to this convo by accident

  No worries at all! The domain mapping has been moved to youreintheloop.wordpress.com. Now all you need to do is change the nameservers to ours:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  I am not too sure how to do this correctly. Can you please type an easy description for me what I am supposed to do the give youreintheloop.wordpress.com the intheloop.guru domain.

  Do I do this from the wordpress website?

  So this would have to be done through your registrar. I did a quick search and found that your domain was registered with GoDaddy:

  http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=intheloop.guru

  Please contact their support team and ask them to change the nameservers to:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If they can’t, please let me know and we can figure out another solution.
