How can I use/upgrade my old WordPress site so I can update my website?

  I have a website that has not been in use for a while. I would like to update it but I can’t get into make any changes. I have an old version of WordPress and it says I need to update my JetPack 3.3 but when I click on it, I get this error message:

  Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home4/kev/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/contact-form//admin.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in/home4/kev/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/contact-form/grunion-contact-form.php on line 17

  I am fine with deleting this site if I need to and start over but I don’t want to lose my domain name.
