  I’m sorry but I do not understand what you are asking. Could you please explain what you mean by having trouble viewing other people’s blogs?

  you mean… you are not able to view other people’s blogs? then. it might be private blog. :)

  Or you mean… you dont know how to find other people’ blogs??
  then.. you can google like site:*.wordpress.com

  eg: http://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&q=site%3A*.wordpress.com&btnG=Google+Search

  Or you can go to the Home page at WordPress.com and look at the top blogs or hot blog posts, or you can use the Next button in the top right-hand corner of the screen when you’re viewing a blog. Or on your dashboard you can see the Most Recently Updated blogs. Lots of ways to see blogs.

  Or are you looking for some blogs in particular? Which ones?
