  How can use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/landing-pages/ on my site with wordpress.com
  I have a Premium plan with a url with another provider.
  The point is: I do not have this option available to my page wordpress.

  Hi, WordPress plugins can only be used with self-hosted WordPress sites, not on wordpress.com sites.
