How can invitees can into our site?

  Website is a members only site. After we invite someone WordPress becomes very unfriendly and people cannot get in or they have to create their own blog to be able to see ours. Do you have a solution to our problem?

  Hi there. Private sites work like that. People you invite as viewers don’t need to create their own blogs, but they do need to register a WordPress.com account. This is done exactly so that uninvited people can’t see your blog. You can read the explanation here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/#viewing-a-private-blog

  When they are on the account registration page, they must just look for the link to continue without registering a blog.
