how can my blog be found on mobile phones?

How can I get my blog on the mobile, do I have to create a different template? I thought that wordpress was set up for mobile phones to be able to picked up with ease.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can activate a mobile theme here > Dashboard > Appearance > Mobile
Or you can choose to use a responsive width theme which is what I do. Responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
