How can my colleague register for a username

  My colleague is trying to register for a username only so that she can post to our blog. She has tried completing your online form and keeps getting a message asking her to use lowercase only – which she is already doing. Is this an issue about her pc or her browser? Any views would be much appreciated.

  Can you let me know, what’s the username she’s trying to register? She may also be getting this message if she’s trying to include a space in the name, so check that’s not happening :)
