How can my post show full size image instead of title only?

  when i create a post on my website it shows only the name of the post and the text below, and i want to have a full size image like on http://thedirty.com/category/asu/, my website is http://prljavstine.com/category/uncategorized/ . you will see that it only shows Hello World and no picture and in order to see the picture i need to click.
