How can non-WordPress viewers 'Like' or comment

Friends or random visitors to my blog can’t ‘Like’ posts on my blog because they are told they are not registered members. How do I eliminate this so any visitor can ‘Like’?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t. The WordPress.com like button, like every other in-house use only like button (example: Facebook) can only be used by those who have registered WordPress.com/Gravatar username accounts when they are logged in to WordPress.com.

Likes are not page views. They may make us feel warm and fuzzy but they are not page view stats. In fact, likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.
