How can we optimise the speed of a simple WordPress page.

I am new blogger and I have gone through all the good practices of blogging but I am stuck here optimising the speed of this page.I would like you to visit this page and suggest me some good practices.
I have around 70 to 80 speed at the time. How to accomplish 90+ speed?—Should I have to go through some codings?
