how can other people follow my whole blog on facebook

Dear Happiness engineers, I have little follow on Facebook twitter etc icons after each blog entry but not on my main site. How can I get them there?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m afraid that the theme you’re using doesn’t support those icons on the posts page, as part of its design.
If it’s important for you to have those icons on your posts page, you could try searching through our repository for a new theme:
You could also add a link in your custom menu to lead your visitors to a page containing details of your social networks.
