How can other people submit documents and comment on my blog

  I want other people to be able to post and comment on my blog, but when they try it just asks them to sign up for wordpress.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You need to change Discussion settings here to enable comment for every visitor https://wordpress.com/settings/discussion

  And regarding: Submitting documents

  WordPress.com supports JotForm forms, and those forms allow you to upload documents along with the form. The uploads won’t go to your WordPress.com site’s media library, but you’ll be able to access them via JotForm instead. You can use this on the free plan:

  Hi there,

  The only way to allow other people to post to your site is if you add them as contributors. They will need to have their own WordPress.com usernames in order to do that.

  To allow logged out commenting you need to configure your discussion settings as @simranjeetkaur10 explained above.
