how can others view website without logging in

  have published small website. Now want others to be able to see it. when I access the website on my phone it asks me to login to wordpress????

  The link you are using are only for internal use meant only for the owner when he is logged in. You find info on how to create a menu at https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/create-a-menu/

  I have already created a menu on the site (it is not a blog).
  The website address is the one given free by wordpress as a domain name. Am i missing something?

  Make sure that https://pahscausecancer.wordpress.com/ is the link you’re giving to people.
