How can people comment without joining WordPress?

  How do I allow comments from people without requiring them to join WordPress?
  People don’t comment because they don’t want additional complexity of joining WordPress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Control that setting under Settings->Discussion. Note that if they use an email address which is registered with WordPress.com, they would be prompted to sign in. There is no way around this.
